Project was awarded to Recco, Inc., dba, Five-R Co., for the Base Bid amount of $25,560,000.00, plus Alternate Number One in the amount of $17,000.00, plus Alternate Number Two in the amount of $38,000.00, plus Alternate Number Three in the amount of $22,000.00, plus Alternate Number Four in the amount of $85,000.00, plus Alternate Number Five in the amount of $36,000.00, plus Alternate Number Six in the amount of $47,000.00, plus Alternate Number Seven in the amount of $117,000.00, plus Alternate Number Nine in the amount of $15,400.00, plus Alternate Number 10 in the amount of $51,000.00 for a total contract amount not to exceed $25,988,400.00. Pre-Qualification: Yes The work includes, but is not limited to, construction of a new 75,260 square foot elementary school, including but not limited to slab on grade, footings and foundations; masonry, brick veneer, steel structure; metal decking and EPDM roofing system; plumbing, fire suppression, electrical, heating and cooling systems; audio and visual, technology cabling, access control and security; gymnasium, serving kitchen, instruction classrooms; interior finishes including but not limited to, drywall, suspended acoustical ceilings, VCT, fluid-applied flooring, carpeting, windows and window coverings, storefronts, doors and door hardware, casework, and associated furnishings, fixtures, and equipment. Site work including off-site infrastructure, site grading, storm water detention areas, utilities, curb and gutter, sidewalks, paving, retaining walls, landscaping, irrigation, site reclamation, playground and play systems, play fields, exterior and site lighting, bus and drive lanes, fire lane and parking lot paving.
