Site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the addition of a 600-square-foot municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Documents must be obtained directly from Precision Graphics, Inc. Laramie County Weed & Pest will receive Bids for a Combined Contract, including General Construction, Mechanical, and Electrical Work, for construction of an addition to the Weed & Pest Facility at Archer Complex, Cheyenne, WY. There will be a conference room addition to the existing building, one story in height, and have a total area of approximately 600 square feet. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish to Laramie County Weed & Pest, within ten (10) days of the bid s acceptance, Performance and Material Bonds or other security acceptable and assigned to the district conditioned for the payment of all labor and materials for the job and performance and completion of the job in an amount not less than 100% of the contract price, and as authorized by Wyoming Statutes Section 16-6-112 (as amended). Contractors shall comply with all fair labor practices and must meet the requirements of the Wyoming State Statutes. All Bidders are subject to and must comply with applicable state and federal antidiscrimination laws. Bidders shall have a valid current City of Cheyenne Contractor s License to do business in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Provide proof of such license upon request by the Owner
