To this end, VIA is requesting specific technical, commercial, and qualitative information from railway industry parties providing, or who are interested in providing this service in the near future. Important:This RFI process will not result in a contract award and is not a request for qualifications. The Information Provider is required to complete the Questionnaire in Appendix B provided as an attachment to this RFI. The form and the format of the questionnaire must not be altered. Following the end date of the RFI, and at VIA's discretion, VIA intends to organize conference calls with each Information Provider to discuss or clarify the answers to the RFI. VIA will communicate directly with the assigned contact to set up the conference call. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
