Renovation of an educational facility in Oakbank, Manitoba. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 9,900-square-foot educational facility.

This project is located at the Oak Bank Elementary School, 826 Cedar Avenue,Oakbank, MB., and consists of the following work: Replacement of one area of the existing roof and an existing entrance canopy, with new modified-bitumen roofing system Removal and reinstallation of existing rooftop Mechanical equipment and devices, to accommodate the new roof assembly Provision of new drains at existing drain locations, to tie into existing internal drainage piping, as well as provision of additional new drainage locations with new internal drain piping Upgrading of the existing roof structure to accommodate loads from snow shadows and the new rooftop mechanical unit Modification and addition to exterior cladding, stucco and brick veneer to accommodate the new roofing assembly Ceiling and interior work as required to accommodate the work, including the structural upgrade work Replacement of one existing rooftop mechanical unit. Approximate area of roof replacement is 917 m2/9,900 sq.ft. Tender documents will be available at Winnipeg Construction Association, Construction Association of Rural Manitoba (CARM), and MERX Tender Cancelled / no bids received.
