BC Housing Management Commission (BC Housing) invites prospective Proponents to submit proposals for Site Representative Services for various locations in Fort St. John, and Taylor, BC (Heritage Manor I, Heritage Manor II, and Heritage Manor III, Fort St. John, and McMahon Manor, Taylor BC). The Site Representative will represent BC Housing in a highly visible and important component of property management services and will be responsible for the provision of designated services to tenants and the day to day operations of the premises including all aspects of interior and exterior maintenance. The Site Representative and their employees and/or approved contractors will have the necessary interpersonal skills to communicate tactfully and effectively with the tenants in order to maintain positive client relations. Ideally, the Site Representative will have a minimum of two years Property Management experience. ALL PROPONENTS ATTENDING THE SITE MEETING ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK. BC HOUSING WILL PROVIDE HAND SANITIZER. *** The site meeting will begin at Heritage Manor I and may include tours of Heritage Manor I, II and III as well as McMahon Manor, if requested. *** PROOF OF VACCINE AND GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID WILL BE REQUIRED TO ENTER HERITAGE MANOR II. *** All questions must be sent via email to the BC Housing contact prior to the Question Deadline. Proposal must be submitted via email per instructions provided in the RFP documents. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
