SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P2022R0030 PARK - PMIS: LAKE 254108 PROJECT TITLE: Relocate Barge Callville Bay Lake Mead Recreational Area This project is a design-build project where the successful offeror will provide the design and construction for the relocation of the water intake barge at Callville Bay to a new location in a deeper part of the cove as described in the scope of the project. a) This acquisition is being conducted via Total Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code and the associated small business size standard are noted in clause 52.204-8 in section "K" of this solicitation. b) Estimated Price Range: Between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 c) Refer to section "L" for information regarding a pre-proposal site visit. d) Information and requirements stated in sections "B" through "J" & attachments noted in section "J" apply to this solicitation and the subsequent contract. e) Refer to section "L" for proposal submittal requirements. f) This is currently an unfunded requirement with a high expectation that funds will be available.
