The project consists of the following: Maintenance of various streets in the City limits, including mill and replacement of 46,913 square yards of asphalt. The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the
City of Angola, c/o Clerk-Treasurer, 210 N. Public Square, Angola, Indiana 46703-1960. Bid envelope must indicate Community Crossing Project #2021-02. Bid packets should consist of the following information:
1. CONTRACTOR's Bid;
2. Contractor's Bid for Public Work
Form 96;
3. Employment Eligibility Verification;
Failure to submit the above documents with the bid may disqualify the bid.
