This contract includes the furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials (including furnishing, delivery, testing, sampling/certifying, storage, handling, and installation), equipment, tools, and associated work necessary for the Taxiway F Phase 2 project at BWI Marshall Airport. The work under this contract includes, but is not limited to: bituminous concrete pavement demolition, excavation, erosion and sediment control measures, new Portland cement concrete pavement construction, new bituminous concrete pavement construction, new shoulder pavement construction, mill and overlay existing asphalt pavement, storm drain pipe installation, storm drain structure installation, underdrain installation, pavement markings, removal and installation of airfield lighting and signage, and relocation of FAA NAVAIDs equipment. All work shall be completed in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications; all applicable codes, plans, sketches, and other Contract Documents, and any addenda thereto, at locations designated by the Engineer. *Wage Rates are required for all bids with Federal funds (Davis-Bacon Act). The Bid, if over $100,000.00, must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid Price in the name of the State of Maryland.
