The City of Eagle Pass (CITY) is soliciting this request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) from General Contractors (GC) for the Swimming Complex Fencing project (IFB#2022-007). The scope of the project includes but not limited to remove and replace existing fence and gates in the perimeter of the Eagle Pass Swimming Complex located at 1990 2nd St., Eagle Pass, Texas, 78852. A Payment Bond and Performance Bond is required in the full amount of the bid The scope of work shall consist of the following but not limited to: Remove and replace 1,280 linear feet of the perimeter fence around complex will be replaced with 8 ft chain link fence #9 Gauge and install 146 galvanized 10 ft poles for fence. 100 linear feet of fence around the 3'-4' pool will be replaced with 6 ft chain link fence #9 Gauge and install 11 2"-galvanized 8 ft poles for fence. 100 linear feet of fence around the Kiddie Pool will be replaced with 3 ft chain link fence #9 Gauge and install 11 2"-galvanized 5 ft poles for fence. Corners and gate anchors will be installed for 3 gates around the perimeter of swimming complex. Concrete will beused toset fence posts and gates. For more details, pleasesee EXHIBIT A, B & C. Please note that Eagle Pass is considered a remote location by many delivery companies and couriers. Offerors must allow adequate time for delivery, and not assume overnight delivery will reach the CITYpriorto opening date and time.
