This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Wall Township, New Jersey. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The proposed work consists of but is not limited to; Service, repair, testing, and maintenance of well and booster pumping equipment, including electric motors and gear drives for the Water Departments in Wall Township, Sea Girt, Brielle, and Spring Lake in accordance with the requirements stipulated herein and all prevailing federal, state, and local safety and labor regulations. Work will be performed on an as-needed basis when authorized by the Water Departments in writing. Emergency service shall be provided to the Water Departments on a request basis. The contractor shall report to the site in need of service within three (3) hours ater notification from the Water Departments. Notification from the Water Departments will be via phone call (for emergency work) and a fax transmission/email of the work order for the service requested. A copy of the work order form is included in Appendix A. Your company will be required to maintain the proper bonds and insurance as specified herein. Guarantee workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year upon completion of the work on equipment repairs/ replacement. The work is located at various well stations throughout the Township of Wall, Sea Girt, Brielle, and Spring Lake. Eachprospective bidder will have to provide the appropriate installation references and certifications to the satisfaction of the Owner. Bids must be submitted on forms prepared by Township of Wall. All bids must be enclosed in sealed, specially addressed envelope bearing on the outside the name and address of the bidder and work bid upon. All envelopes should be sent to the attention of the Township Clerk. Complete digital sets of Bid Documents may be obtained online as a download for Forty Nine Dollars ($49.00) at the following website. Packaging and shipping costs are additional and shall be borne by the Bidder. Each bid must be accompanied by an agreement to become surety, properly executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and which agreement shall be attached to the proposal. A bid bond is not required for this contract. If a bidder is a corporation or a partnership, the bidder, in conformance with Chapter 33, P.L. 1977, shall submit with his bid a statement setting forth the names and addresses of all stockholders who own a ten percent (10%) or greater interest in the firm. The Project shall conform to the Local Public Contract Law, P.L. 1971, Chapter 198, N.J.S.A. 40A:ll-1 et. seq. The bid receipt date will be at least ten (10) days after the advertisement date; addenda notices will be provided no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid receipt deadline. Pursuant to P.L. 2010, c. 108, a bidder may request that its bid be withdrawn due to a "mistake" on the part of the bidder, as defined in the Law. The Township Committee of the Township of Wall reserves the right to reject all bids where the lowest bid is not accepted. The Township further reserves the right to waive any informality in bidding and the right to reject any or all bids of deemed to be in the best interest of the Township to do so, and reserves the right to hold the bids and proposal guarantees of the three (3) lowest regular bidders for sixty (60) days before making an award of contract and each bidder agrees that he will not withdraw his bid for that period of time. If bids for more than one publicly bid lease are received at the same date and time, the Township shall designate the sequencing of the bid openings at its discretion. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of Local Public Contracts Law, the Prevailing wage Act, and the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 and, if awarded the contract bidder will be required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-3.1 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 Affirmative Action.
