The City of Owensville Public Works Department is currently accepting sealed bids for the following project: 2022 Curb & Gutter/Flat Work. The City of Owensville reserves the right to reject any/all proposals *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. The City of Owensville is presently accepting bids to provide as-needed miscellaneous concrete work for the remainder of this calendar year. This work shall include curb and gutter, sidewalks, ADA Ramps, swales, and storm boxes. Contractor must be available upon request to make repairs in conjunction with street and utility improvements. Please see the attached documents for construction specifications. Cost shall be per Linear Foot for curb and gutter with a minimum of 50 Linear Feet, non-continuous for curb and sidewalks, Square Yard for intersection swales, Vertical Foot for storm boxes, and Square Yard for ADA Ramps. The unit price shall include all items and labor necessary to prepare subgrade, form to grade, furnish and placement of reinforcement, concrete, pouring, forming and finishing concrete, and any equipment or related cost to provide the work. The total scope of work shall not exceed $75,000 and is not subject to the state prevailing wage requirement. All work shall begin no later than 10 working day after issue of work order, unless preapproved by the Public Works Director
