The Scope of Work includes construction, purchase and installation of all equipment, structures, and buildings for the new wastewater treatment facility and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The wage rates applicable to this project have been predetermined as required by law and are set forth in this specification. When Federal wage rates are applicable and included, this contract is subject to the "Work Hours Act of 1962," (P.L. 87-581: 76 Stat. 357) and implementing regulations.
