Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Contractor shall be responsible for providing any and all labor, materials, equipment, and other items required in order to construct roadway, drainage, and utility improvements for Old Moultrie Road from US 1 to Summerhill Circle in St. Augustine, St. Johns County, Florida. The Old Moultrie Road improvements consist of milling and resurfacing of the existing roadway, shoulder construction, sidewalk construction, pavement markings, and signage. Construction of new stormwater pipes and structures and a swale for drainage is required. Miscellaneous improvements include utility coordination and relocations to accommodate the proposed improvements. The project is located at Old Moultrie Road, St. Augustine, Florida 32084. Any and all questions related to this project shall be directed, in writing, to the Designated Point of Contact. Questions are due no later than four o'clock (4:00PM) EST on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, so that any necessary addenda may be issued in a timely manner. Any questions received after the deadline will not be answered unless previously approved by the SJC Purchasing Manager or other designated County Representative. St. Johns County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor formalities, and to award the bid/proposal that best serves the interests of St. Johns County. St. Johns County also reserves the right to award the base bid and any alternate bids in any combination that best suits the needs of the County.
