This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. Dannelly Field Air National Guard Base, Alabama intends to issue a solicitation and award of a contract to "Repair Lift Station." All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 18 January 2021. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, can include (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, (2) a listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. (3) The type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and point of contact can be included. If submitted please indicate if you were a prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. In the event adequate small business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted. If service a service interruption to lift stations exceeds 48 hours, contractor is required to provide alternate means to pump waste water further down the system lines until work is complete 7.
