The Project consists of removing, disposing and reconstructing water main and sewer main in the City of Belcourt. The project also includes roadway, sidewalk, curb and gutter removal and replacement, pipeline appurtenances, and water service connections, sewer service connections, erosion control devices, traffic control, seeding and mulching. Est. Value:$ 3,314,162.00. The Work will be substantially completed on or before June 15, 2023; General Conditions on or before July 15, 2023. The work includes, butis not limited to furnishing and installation of all sewer main, water main, valves, manholes, appurtenances and site reclamation, roadway removal and replacement, sidewalk and curb and gutter removal and replacement, existing water and sewer main shall be removed and disposed of and as required by the Contract Documents to provide a complete installation of water and sewer infrastructure. Also included is water and sewer service connections to mains and existing service lines, pressure testing, sewer line inspections, clearing and grubbing, traffic control, erosion control, seeding and mulching. The project is located in three separate areas. Area 3 begins near the southeast corner of the hospital in Belcourt. Area 7 is in the residential area north of the hospital. Area 8 begins at the Road Department shop and runs along BIA 7 until the entrance to the elementary school in Belcourt.
