Project Category Code: Sanitary Sewer (Gravity), Sewer and Water Construction Description: The Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa will accept bids from qualified contractors for the construction of Belcourt Sewer Phase III on the Turtle Mountain Reservation, Rolette, North Dakota. The scope of work includes furnishing all of the labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of 11,476-feet of 8-inch SDR- 21 gravity sewer main, installation of 8,324-feet of sanitary sewer service lines, installation of 42 manholes, boring and jacking of some sewer main road crossings, and the abandonment of the existing sewer and 37 existing manholes. The project is located in south east Belcourt along BIA 10 and within two housing developments, the Eagles View housing development and East Cluster housing development. The total contract price will not be increased without prior authorization from the Owner via the change order process.
