Renovation of a mixed-use development in Belcourt, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of February 21, 2024, project was awarded to Robert Gibb & Sons, Inc., start date is beginning of March of this year.** The Base Bid scope of work shall include a complete chemical cleaning as specified in this section of all new piping. Existing fluid type and concentration shall be sampled, tested, and report given to the engineer prior to any work being completed. Existing fluid shall be reused after testing is completed per section 3.4.A above. Contractor is responsible for all additional system fluid for the additional new piping system and equipment. Site Address: 9620 46nd Ave. NE Description: The A23AV00436 FI&R Ojibwa Indian School Heat Pump Replacement Construction Project located on the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians Reservation. The Work will include the demo and replacement of 60 heat pumps at the Ojibwa Indian School. Additional Description: In accordance with 25 U.S.C 3207, Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act, 42 U.S.C. 13041, Crime Control Act of 1990, and Department Manual 441 (DM 5), Personnel Security and Suitability Requirements, all positions, including contractions and/or consultants, who are performing services under an agreement or contract to the Department or who have duties and responsibilities involving regular contact with or Control over Indian Children are subject to a background investigation.
