Renovation of a stadium in Tofield, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Arena Slab Improvements project is to include the following scope of work: Removal, storage and reinstallation of existing dasher board system Demolition, removal, and disposal of existing concrete refrigerated slab, existing concrete perimeter slab, existing header trench, and associated refrigeration piping Excavation, removal, and disposal of existing granular base course to required depth Installation of interior weeping tile system and exterior weeping tile system Preparation of existing subgrade and the installation of granular base course structure Installation of a minimum 150mm concrete refrigerated slab c/w associated heating lines, insulation, separation barriers, rebar, and cooling headers Installation of a minimum 150mm concrete perimeter slab c/w associated rebar All associated submittals, quality control, quality assurance, site preparation, and site cleanup work required
