Renovation of a municipal facility in Tofield, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Province requires the services of a contractor with experience in wooden building envelopes, preferably with experience in the rehabilitation and restoration of historic buildings, to restore the exterior of the Radway Post Office and its historic windows. The current state of the facades may allow water ingress, which can cause further deterioration. Building details have been measured and documented to aid and inform the contractor of the scope and nature of the work required to make these envelopes sound.
