EDA Award Number 08-79-05321 Provide Contractor services for the Renovate the 3rd floor of 1700 Strand to house BSL-2 laboratory incubator space and associated offices while bringing the project area into code compliance. The work will be awarded under a firm-fixed contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, whose bid conforms with all material terms and conditions of the RFP. The successful respondent will be required to enter into an Agreement with UTMB. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required upon award of Contract.
