Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Kasson, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project scope includes but is not limited to the removal of the existing track surfacing, patching, crack sealing, and preparing the existing bituminous for a new layer of track surfacing, site restoration, and all related work as outlined in the drawings and specifications. Bidders shall submit their proposal on the forms provided. Proposal shall be filled in clearly and correctly with ink or other permanent format. Proposal shall be signed in ink by the individual, members of the partnership, or by one or more officers of the corporation making the proposal. All bids must be submitted Online through QuestCDN.com and include the proposal forms furnished with the plans and specifications including required forms. No bid will be considered unless filed Online with the bid bond. The Owner reserves the right to hold and consider the bids for 30 days after the date of the bid opening. The right to waive any informality in any bid and reject any or all bids is reserved for the Owner.
