Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kasson, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project will consist of storm sewer installation, grading, removal and replacement of bituminous, additional bituminous shared used paths, ADA pedestrian ramp improvements, concrete sidewalk improvements, and pedestrian flashing beacon installation. Proposals will be opened at 10:00 AM, at the City Hall. Proposals will be acted upon by the City Council at a meeting to be held in the City Hall, beginning at 6:00 PM on June 22, 2022 or at such later time and place as may then be fixed.
