(ISG) dated May 18, 2021, provided by Mr. Mitch Workmon, PLA, we understand the City of Hastings is planning a site renovation project at Lake Isabel Park, located to the north of Lake Isabelle in Hastings, Minnesota. The site is on property identified as Dakota County Parcel ID 193215119010. Planned construction will include new concrete walks, bituminous walks, playground container and equipment, drainage improvements, existing retaining wall improvements, picnic shelter structure, pedestrian lighting, accessibility improvements, parking lot improvements, and informal boulder terracing near the boat ramp.
