PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and all other services necessary to complete the Turf Mowing Services as indicated in the Bid Documents. Refer to Bid/Contract Documents for additional information relating to the scope of work. ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE: Bid Released - January 18, 2022 Bid Award - Anticipate February 16, 2022 Bid Award Notice to Contractor - Anticipate February 17, 2022 Services to begin-Anticipate mid-April (weather pending), 2022 In addition, each Bidder shall submit a proof of insurance demonstrating the Bidders insurability. Failure to provide a Bid Bond or proof of insurance shall render the bid incomplete and be rejected. Once submitted, no bids will be withdrawn without written consent from the park district's attorney. The New Lenox Community Park District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, reject nonconforming bids, reject conditional bids, waive irregularities in the bidding procedure, or to accept any bid that in its sole opinion best serves the interests of the Park District.
