Renovation of a water / sewer project in Kissimmee, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

This project includes installation of valves, yard and process piping, associated electrical and instrument modifications, grading, appurtances and site restoration. which includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to replace the filter system and the RAS/WAS pumps at the Parkway Water Reclamation Facility. Replacement of two (2) existing electric valve actuators located on existing 30" reclaimed and reject valves (located west of existing filter structure). Replacement of two (2) existing submersible Emergency Storage Pump Station submersible pumps with two (2) new pumps installed within an existing wet well. Construction of one (1) new 6" Emergency Storage Pump Station Return Flow Meter assembly. Replacement of two existing manual 24" butterfly valves (located near existing RIB and Reuse pods) with two new actuated butterfly valves. Construction of one (1) new 8" actuated plug valve on existing piping between the existing reject pond and the existing Emergency Storage Pump Station. Replacement of five (5) existing RAS/WAS submersible pumps with three (3) drypit submersible pumps and discharge piping installed on the existing concrete slab. Grading and stormwater improvements in the area surrounding the proposed disk filters. Sidewalk and roadway repair. The addendum will be posted on Bonfire . The deadline for submission of bid questions is 12:00 P.M. (noon) local time on January 31, 2022 . All questions should be submitted electronically through Bonfire. OWNER reserves the right to have representation present during all or a portion of the testing process. CONTRACTOR must notify OWNER 5 days prior to commencement of testing. If OWNER elects to be present during testing, test results will only be acceptable when conducted in the presence of OWNER.
