Site work for a water / sewer project in San Pablo, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
West County Wastewater District is soliciting written proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide construction services towards the Spot Repair 2037 Mason Street. WCW is requesting proposals for the spot repair of a 6" diameter VCP sewer, approximately 5 ft. deep in front of 2037 Mason St., San Pablo approximately 55 feet upstream of Manhole #070112 Please itemize the proposal. Include a unit price for a typical lateral re-connection. An encroachment permit through City of San Pablo Public Works is required. A sewer permit from WCW will be provided. Work is only to be conducted Mondays through Fridays between 08:00AM to 05:00PM Affected residents will need to notified, including contact numbers. Contractor must be able to start construction within 14 calendar days of award of contract. All contractors must have a CSLB License and be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Please include the Contractor's CSLB License Number and DIR Registration Number with the proposal. The District is a political subdivision of the State of California and operates as an independent special district. The District was created December 19, 1921, pursuant to authority of the State of California. The Districts current political boundaries are comprised of the City of San Pablo, a portion of the City of Richmond, a portion of the City of Pinole and some unincorporated areas within western Contra Costa County. The District system includes 249 miles of gravity sewer pipelines, 17 lift stations, 6 miles of pressurized force mains, and a water quality resource recovery plant with an NDPES permitted capacity of 12.5 million gallons per day (MGD).
