Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of October 19, 2022 a short list and #1 firm has been selected. Project is included City of Rio Rancho FY 2023 - 2029 Budget CIP. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. The City of Rio Rancho is requesting formal proposals for the Design of Idalia Road and Loma Colorado Boulevard Intersection Improvements. The project consists of providing professional services for the design of improvements to the Idalia Road NE and Loma Colorado Boulevard NE Intersection. Improvements will include ADA curb ramps, temporary traffic signal modifications, intersection geometry, intersection lighting and all appropriate acceleration and deceleration lanes, drainage, road widening and road reconstruction of the project limits. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
