This project consists of the finishing out an existing parking lot expansion at Madison Crossroads Community Center 11329 Pulaski Pike Toney, AL 35773 o Complete sides and tops of grate inlets o Excavation, Grading, Fill, Compacted Base o Paving per construction paving plan. o Striping and Pavement legends, Pavement Markers. o Wreck forms of existing inlets and cleaning out pipe network o Installation of concrete wheel stops Madison County will furnish two grates, the contractor will be responsible for providing the frames to match the grates. The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, and services needed to complete the work in compliance with the specifications and Construction Plans. All work shall be performed to ALDOT Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, 2018 Edition. The Contractor shall meet all Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) licensing requirements as well as all applicable laws, ordinances, and code of the U.S. Government, State of Alabama, and Madison County, and specifically and without limitation, shall comply with all provisions of the Beason-Hammond Alabama Taxpayer and Citizens Protection Act, commonly referred to as the Immigration Act.
