Renovation of a municipal facility in Paris, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bidders: Wolfgang Rackl for $14,690.50 E & W Electrical Solutions, LLC for $24,000.00 The total project amount is $150,000 to be spread out among all selected individuals. Sealed bids will be accepted by the CITY OF PARIS, TENNESSEE, until 10:00 A.M., FRIDAY, JANUARY 28, 2022, for DOWNTOWN IMPROVEMENT GRANT PROJECTS. Complete bid specifi cations, terms, and conditions of bid policy are available online at www. paristn.gov or via email to jcrouch@cityofparistn.gov. All bids are to be sealed and marked on the outer cover of an opaque envelope with "Downtown Improvement Grant" and "Application Number of the bid." A sealed bid envelope is required for each individual bid project. The City of Paris reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids received. BID PROJECTS ARE AS FOLLOWS: Application No. 034 (209 North Market St.) a. Tuck point brick facade The bid opening will be held on FRIDAY, JANUARY 28, 2022, at 10:00 A.M.at City Hall. The scope of the project is to tuck point brick façade on North Market Street side that is currently hidden behind metal and remove metal fascia. This project will cover all three (3) portions of the buildings facing North Market Street.
