The PARIS SPECIAL SCHOOL DISTRICT is accepting bids on the REPLACEMENT OF THE TEACHERS LOUNGE ROOF at W.O. Inman Middle School, 400 Harrison St., Paris, TN PSSD reserves the right to reject any and or all bids submitted for any reason. Furnish all, labor. Materials, tools and equipment to install a new TPO roof system Removal: Remove the existing roof, insulation and flashing materials down to the Tectum deck Installation: A: Decking surfaces must be cleaned and primed and acceptable to new tapered ISO Insulation and proper adhesive per manufacturers specifications. B: Install new 60 Mil TPO Fully Adhered Roof System. Flashing: All roof penetrations, pipes, curbs, etc. are to be flashed using membrane roofing per manufacturers written instruction. Sheet metal: All sheet metal flashing, edge metal, coping, etc. shall be 24- gauge Kynar 500. Provide required sanitary facilities. Work will not start until an acceptable staging plan for materials/equipment is in place.
