Renovation of a municipal facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Furnish all labor, materials and equipment required as additional work for completion of the project. Contractor Questions: All questions related to the project shall be submitted via e-mail to the Project Manager, Eric Stahnke- eric.stahnke@state.co.us. The deadline for questions is February 7 by 10 AM. Questions submitted after the deadline will not be addressed. All questions and answers will be posted as solicitation amendments on the Vendor Self Service . Bidders may not automatically be notified of the existence of a modification or addendum. It is the responsibility of the bidder to check the VSS website periodically to see if any modifications have been issued. Failure to retrieve such modifications and include their provisions in your bid response may result in your bid being deemed non responsive. . The bidder proposes to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals needed to complete the Spanish Peaks SWA Solar Well Equipment & Installation at Spanish Peaks SWA. The work shall be completed in 60 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. We have read and made, the Invitation for Documented Quotes, the General Conditions for Capital Construction (latest edition), the Specifications, and the Construction Drawings part of this bid. References to Colorado Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation and Colorado Division of Wildlife are interchangeable with, and shall also mean the Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife NOTICE OF AWARD February 18, 2022 (Tentative) The work shall be completed in 60 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed, NO LATER THAN JUNE 30, 2022.
