This is a requirements contract for various drainage items to be utilized in Village road projects. The contract is for one year and may be extended for two additional years. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check made payable to the Village of Babylon in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for bid security. The Village of Babylon encourages minority and women owned businesses to participate in all bids. The Village of Babylon reserves the right to waive any informalities in Bidding and to reject any and all bids or to accept any Bid, which in the opinion of the Board, will be in the best interest of the Village.
