2022 Bituminous Paving Program The project will include milling 1.5"; 9.5 mm Superpave WEARING (1.5" min); base repair, topsoil / seed curbs; stone driveway repair; storm inlet risers; sanitary manhole riser; valve riser; scratch; Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total bid amount, made payable to "The Borough of Plum". Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $1,000 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Borough. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. No more questions will be answered after 4:00 pm 1/31/2022 and no more addendums will be sent after 5:00 pm 1/31/2022.
