Gower School District 62 (GSD62) is looking for perspective bidders interested in bidding on the upcoming project at Gower Middle School - Burr Ridge, IL & Gower West Elementary School -Willowbrook IL. GSD62 will be accepting sealed lump sum bids for Bid Package #2 which includes all work for the following BID PACKAGES BP#2-: 03 Site Concrete; 06 Millwork/Casework; 12 Window Treatments; 32 Fencing & Gates. Gower School District 62 reserves the right to reject any or all bids,to waive irregularities and to accept the bid from the lowest responsive, responsible bidder which is considered to be in the best interest of the District. All bids are to be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders as noted in the Project Manual. All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond equal to 10% of the bid amount, and the successful bidder will also be required to furnish a 100% Payment and Performance Bond as noted in the Bid Documents.
