The Burr Ridge Park District is accepting bids for a contract with the District for Tennis Court Resurfacing Project at Harvester Park. The Board of Park Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and reserves the right to waive any or all technicalities. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois law requiring the payment of prevailing wages to all laborers, workers and mechanics, as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor, as such law may be applicable to aspects of the work. All bidders must comply with the Illinois statutory requirements regarding labor, including equal employment opportunity laws.Bidders interested in scheduling a pre-bid meeting should contact Jim Pacanowski, Director, 630-920-1969, for an available appointment time.
