Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of March 14, 2022, per the owner the bids were to high and they will not be moving forward with the project. Deadline for vendor questions is Thursday 1-20-22 at noon. Answers to all questions will be uploaded by 1-21-22. The work shall consist of the following: Upgrade the existing communications closet for the building in the space identified Establishing cable pathways to facilitate both initial installation and future growth Installation of new switch racks or re-use existing racks where applicable Installation and termination of Category-6a network cabling at identified drop locations, approximately 250 in TMS and 300 in PMS Labeling and documentation of installed cable plant Certification testing and test results for all cables installed New patch panels to be installed in wiring closets Installation of 6 stand OM3 multimode fiber between closets, 3 closets in each building All work is to be finished no later than August 1st, 2022 to allow for time to patch in of school devices before the start of the 2022-2023 school year. A written commitment to warranty of work for a 1 year minimum is required.
