Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons whose name and address are on record at Bankson Engineers, Inc. as having obtained the Bidding Documents. Bids will be accepted only from Bidders who have obtained official sets of Bidding Documents from Bankson Engineers, Inc. and who are on Bankson Engineers, Inc.s list of planholders. The Bid Proposals must be a paper copy, with an original signature, submitted in an envelope along with the original bid security, all so described in the Information for Bidders. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or bidders bond in favor of The Municipal Authority of the Borough of Edgeworth, in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the proposal. This Contract is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Workers must be paid not less than the prevailing minimum wages as established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, as shown in the applicable schedule. The Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in and reject any and all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
