Description

Site work for a civil project in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Project includes the demolition of portions of the existing pump station, replacement of the pump station with a pre-packaged station, meter pit, piping, cured-in-place pipe lining, grouting, bypass pumping and pavement restoration. Contract Number 24-2 Electrical Project includes replacement of portions of existing pump station starters and controls, including excavation, conduit and wire. Contract Number 24-1 General/Mechanical Project includes the demolition of portions of the existing pump station, replacement of the pump station with a pre-packaged station, meter pit, piping, cured-in-place pipe lining, grouting, bypass pumping and pavement restoration. Work shall be substantially completed within 120 calendar days following issuance of a Notice to Proceed and completed and ready for final payment within 180 calendar days of Notice to Proceed date.
