CITY OF FAIRFIELD, OHIO NOTICE TO BIDDERS 2022-2023-2024 LANDSCAPE CARE AND MAINTENANCE STATE ROUTE 4 LANDSCAPING AND PATTERSON DRIVE STREETSCAPE Sealed proposals will be received by the Finance Department of the City of Fairfield, Ohio, at 5350 Pleasant Avenue, until 3:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, MONDAY, January 31, 2022 for the furnishing of "LANDSCAPE CARE AND MAINTENANCE STATE ROUTE 4 / PATTERSON DRIVE" for the City of Fairfield at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Contract Documents, which include detailed specifications and construction plans, are on file in the Finance Department, 5350 Pleasant Avenue, Fairfield Ohio, and on-line at Fairfield-city.org. Bids must be submitted on the forms in the Contract Documents and other conditions therein described must be met. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked "LANDSCAPE CARE AND MAINTENANCE STATE ROUTE 4 / PATTERSON DRIVE" on the face of the envelope and display the name and address of the bidder. Cost of the plans and specifications is forty ($40) per set, non-refundable if obtained as a hardcopy, or no charge if obtained as an electronic version from the City's public website athttps://www.fairfield-city.org/Bids.aspx Each bid must be accompanied by the following completed documents: Bid Bond (Certified Check or Cashier's Check for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid submitted unless otherwise specified) Non-Collusion Affidavit Affidavit of Non-Delinquency of Personal Property Taxes Bid prices must be firm for a period of ninety (90) days following the bid opening date. The City of Fairfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to correct or waive irregularities in bids should it be deemed in the best interest of the City of Fairfield, Ohio to do so.
