Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Billings, Montana. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Bids will be received for: Pole Barn supply and installation This is a Montana Prevailing Wage Rate Project. All laborers and mechanics employed by SUBCONTRACTOR or its subcontractors in performance of the construction work shall be paid wages at rates as required by law. The SUBCONTRACTOR must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. All Federal and State laws and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over the project shall apply to the contract throughout. The State of Montana 1 % Gross Receipts Tax applies to this project. No Bid Bond Requirement for This Project Successful BIDDERS shall furnish insurance as described in the Bid Documents and certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the Construction Manager and the Owner.
