*The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Closed 12/2021 Project No. 21K1T Agency HEALTH SERVICES Institution WISCONSIN RESOURCE CENTER, WINNEBAGO Municipality CITY OF OSHKOSH County WINNEBAGO Title WRC North Building Duress System Replacement Description - This project will replace an existing antiquated duress system in North Building at Wisconsin Resource Center (WRC). The new system shall consist of hard-wired panic buttons at select locations in the North Building and augment the existing system in other parts of WRC. The new system will be able to integrate with the paging system to provide notification and connect to a GUI system for annunciation in the security core. The new system is required to provide a consistently quick and reliable response, which is necessary to maintain the safety and security of inmates and staff. In general the work consists of providing a new push button duress system in the North Building and modifying the existing duress system in Building A, B and C. The project will use the existing PLC door security infrastructure with additions of I/O and programming of existing equipment and guard station user interfaces..
