Renovation of a municipal facility in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
In general, the work consists of: the direct replacement of Unit A air cooled chiller with remote condenser and 40 chilled water pump and air handling unit AHU-4A direct expansion cooling coil and air-cooled condensing units. 41 Electrical and general trades work is required to support the HVAC equipment replacement. US Mail or Third-party delivery (UPS, Fedex, or DHL) to State of Wisconsin, Administration Building, 7 th 27 Floor, 101 East Wilson Street, Madison, Wisconsin 53703; or Hand delivery to the drop box labeled SEALED BIDS ONLY in front of the State of Wisconsin Administration Building located at 101 East Wilson Street, Madison, Wisconsin 53703. Contractors interested in attending the Pre-Bid tour shall provide the required information to facilitate background checks for attendees in advance of the meeting.
