Demolition, site work and addition to a municipal facility in Valdosta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The work consists of complete removal and proper disposal of existing fleet shop annex structure including slab, asphalt, auto lift, roof, doors, dusts, doors , fuel tanks and all related appurtenances. New 8-inch thick 4,000 psi concrete slab with peripheral turndown. Wall panels, insulation, expansion material, metal trim, fastenings and all other appurtenance shown on the plans, exposed framing, steel columns, plywood panels, metal doors, sidings, wood trim paint. , and frames, gutters and downspouts, metal siding, new collector box, pipe bollards, air outlets, exhaust fan, compressed air outlet and complete electrical supply. The City of Valdosta reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and to readvertise.
