Health Careers Center- Fire Protection Addition UNM Gallup Campus The University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, New Mexico RFP 2332-21 Question Submission Close Date 2/4/2022 4:00 PM MST Scope of work and design standards for the base bid work are provided throughout the project Plans and Specifications, dated 12/10/2021. Base bid work shall include design and construction requirements per the provided Plans and Specifications. All sums shall exclude NMGRT. The University of New Mexico (UNM) requests written proposals from General Contractors to provide construction services for the renovation of the Health Careers Center (#11) building located on the University's Gallup campus. Work shall include, but not be limited to, providing a complete wet pipe fire protection system for the building as depicted on the distributed floor plans. The intent is to provide 100% coverage to all required areas of the building to meet current International Building Code, International Fire Code, and National Fire Protection Association Codes & Standards. This contractor shall be responsible for all required construction requirements and procedures
