This Phase I project will consist of 440,000 GSF of high-rise office space, a structured parking deck, and a central energy plant. The project includes associated site and utility infrastructure to serve the new buildings, the structured parking deck, and the campus site. This Package D work is for the Core & Shell of the Office Tower and includes building skin (architectural precast, glass curtainwall, roofing), Main Lobby, Elevator Lobbies and Building MEP Systems (plumbing, fire protection, fire alarm, HVAC, HVAC Controls, Electrical, Telecommunications) Site Walks will be held on the following dates, pending Owner approval March 25, 2022 at 11:00 AM April 1, 2022 at 11:00 AM April 8, 2022 at 11:00 AM April 15, 2021 at 11:00 AM April 22, 2021 at 11:00 AM
