Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of December 14, 2021, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not been established. This project will design and construct the central thermal utility extension rom the Centennial Campus Utility Plant to Partners II (1999) and Toxicology (2001). The utilities include chilled water supply, chilled water return, high-pressure steam, and pumped condensate to the mechanical rooms. The project will include demolition of the existing thermal building equipment, piping and pumping modifications within the existing facilities, underground piping, manholes, controls, and commissioning.
