Gordon Bell High School - Building Envelope and Systems Upgrades project comprises the renovation of an existing three-storey high school in downtown Winnipeg. The project involves major upgrades to the existing school's building envelope and building systems, delivered through a multi-year phased construction process in order to maintain the school's regular operation throughout the project. Generally, the scope includes renovations to the existing building for all disciplines (architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical) related to the removal and replacement of the exterior building envelope and exterior walls, removal and replacement of a portion of the existing roof systems, and removal and replacement of the building's heating and ventilation systems.
