Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 865-square-foot swimming pool; for site work for a swimming pool; for the construction of a swimming pool; and for the demolition of a 865-square-foot swimming pool.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the demolition and renovation of the +/- 865 square foot Universal Change Room at the Pan Am Pool, located at 25 Poseidon Bay. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Demolition of existing washrooms, showers and change rooms. (b) Reconstruction of new washrooms, showers and change rooms. (c) Installation of a new Exterior Condensing unit complete with new fencing enclosure. (d) Mechanical and electrical work on the underside of the main floor slab in the boiler room.
