The Entertainment Center Community Facilities District and the Town of Prescott Valley through Spectra Venue Management is seeking respondent to this Request for Proposals for the Water Heater Replacement Project. This work consists primarily of designing a replacement of Water heater boiler system in compliance with the specifications provided in this RFP, procurement and installation of the newly designed system and the removal of the existing system. All work must be performed around the arena's event schedule and hours of operation. Award of a single contract for this Project shall be based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the type of professional services specified. All applicable Federal Laws, State Laws, Municipal Codes, and other applicable rules and regulations of authorities having jurisdiction over said Project shall apply throughout.
