The project includes outdoor improvements at Sunset Ridge School, Ingrid B Lacy Middle School, Cabrillo School, and Ortega School. The scope of work includes but is not limited to parking lot ADA improvements, concrete ramps, fence and gates, proximity card controlled motorized gates, synthetic turf, earthwork, asphalt and concrete paving, portable ramp replacement. Site mobilization shall occur after June 9th, 2022, with a substantial completion date of August 16th, 2022, except Cabrillo day care area. Please refer to spec section 00 73 13-Supplementary Conditions for detailed requirements on hours of work and time for completion.
They are estimated to be 95% complete, to help the contractor get to know the project scope, and are currently under the back check stage at the Division of the State Architect. Official Bid documents will be available by Jan 31st. Upon available, the official bid documents will be distributed to all bidders via email who attended the Mandatory Pre-Bid walk. All bidders are required to review the drawings and specifications prior to coming to the bid walk mentioned below. Bidders previously qualified for the Ocean Shore Outdoor Improvement project (Bid #2021-04) shall only need to submit document 00 21 66 Project Specific Qualifications. No bidder may withdraw his bid/proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening bids. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bid/proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid.
